How did education change your life?
Did you learn valuable skills to improve yourself?
Did you gain opportunities to contribute to your community?
At Parole & Action, we provide Haitians quality education
So they, too, can change their own lives.
Our work began in 1986 when we joined hands with nonprofit organizations and the Haitian government to support the education of disadvantaged people in Haiti.
Our mission is to promote development in Haiti through quality education so that Haitians and their children can strive to rise above poverty and become empowered leaders of sustainable communities.
We, at P&G, have helped individuals and empowered communities:
- 3750 students are supported in our Individual Sponsorship Program (IGAP)
- 1750 students are helped by our Group Sponsorship Program (GAP)
- 3307 new technicians completed our technical and vocational training (TVET-JBS)
These goals we have attained by honoring our mission consistently through the years and with the generous contribution of our nonprofit group partners, the Haitian government and the local communities.
Most of our sponsored individuals have become community leaders, doctors, bankers, and responsible members of the Haitian society. We are immensely proud of their achievements. And with this progress, we wish to continue our service through strengthening our Quality Education Program which we can do with your help. You can support us in sustaining our initiatives at Parole & Action by donating to our education sponsorship programs. Your contribution will be dedicated to tuitions, school supplies, after-school leadership training, healthcare programs, and vocational courses.
Giving to our cause is a meaningful way to show solidarity
to the people whose lives we can help change through education today.
We took the first step 30 years ago. It was, and still is, a challenging yet rewarding path. Today, we help students in 29 primary schools, 5 secondary schools, 4 universities and 3 vocational schools. Take the next steps further on this path of hope with us. It’s your turn now.
